Is in a very good location right on the Swiss border, 2 minutes on foot to the drinks market, ALDI 4 minutes, Pizzeria Engel and Thai/Chinese restaurant 2 minutes and the thermal baths in Bad Zurzach are about 10 minutes away. The apartment has a balcony almost directly over the Rhine. The apartment is very bright, friendly and clean. Shops can be reached on foot in 5 min.

Our bright 3-room attic apartment is located in a rural area, but offers several shopping opportunities within a 2-5 min walk. The Swiss border is only a 5 min drive from the apartment. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms and a large living, dining and kitchen area. The apartment has its own balcony as well as a beautiful view from the skylight. Included are free parking, a washing machine and fast internet. Furthermore we offer our guests free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+!

Centrally located in the trendy neighborhood of Zürich Wiedikon this apartment offers a perfect starting point for any activity in the city. Public transport is just a 3 minute walk away with frequent connections in all directions. The apartment has two lovely balconies for relaxation after an exciting day in the city. Das Studio ist ausgestattet mit 1 Doppelbett (Queen-size), Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, Kleiderschrank, Sofa, kleine Küche mit Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck (kein Backofen, keine Microwelle), Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Der Bauernhof ist bekannt für seine Schafmilchproduktion, sodass du die Gelegenheit hast, den Bauern beim Melken der Schafe zuzuschauen.

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

A modern studio, along with a social area

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
