ROES: house with sauna & parking near city centre

Welkom @ ROES, ons vakantiehuis in Roeselare, het hartje van West-Vlaanderen. Het huis heeft een privé parking en sauna en ligt dicht bij het centrum. Op wandelafstand vind je het trein- en busstation, een supermarkt, een bakker- en beenhouwerij, cafés, restaurants, ... De locatie is perfect voor een city trip, een zakenreis, shopping of ontspanning. En misschien verken je vanuit Roeselare graag de Noordzee of steden zoals Brugge, Ieper, Kortrijk, Gent, Brussel of Antwerpen?

Le Bon Coin

Le Bon Coin est une maison plain pied, située juste à coté d'une réserve naturelle, toute récemment rénovée dans un style industriel, avec des poutrelles apparentes. Un ascenseur vous donnera accès à deux mezzanines ludiques, reliées entre elles par une passerelle en verre. En plus de cela, le logement est adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Un carport accueillera volontiers jusqu'à quatre voitures. Ce sont toutes ces choses qui donnent à ce logement son caractère unique.

De dichte ligging van de Belgische kust en toeristische steden zoals Brugge zijn enorme troeven. De vakantiewoning met zonneterras ligt volledig apart tussen de velden zonder enige inkijk van buren.

We heten gasten met veel plezier welkom in onze modern ingerichte vakantiewoning met fantastisch uitzicht op de Polders en hun bewoners (schapen). Het gaat om een halfopen bebouwing, nieuw gebouwd in 2020. De ideale uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan het strand, fietstochten doorheen de polders of om te proeven van de culinaire adresjes die de kustregio te bieden heeft. Dit alles in een rustig kader met voldoende privacy en de nodige voorzieningen.
