Le centre ville se trouve à 15 minutes en transports en commun (facilement accessibles depuis l'appartement) et 10 minutes en voiture (possibilité de se garer facilement dans le quartier).

Volledig nieuw ingericht huis met een wijds zicht op de mooiste bocht van de Schelde in Puurs-Sint-Amands (Sint-Amands). De woning is gelegen op 50 meter van het grafmonument van de bekende dichter Emile Verhaeren. Dagelijks zorgen de getijden, de talloze vogelsoorten en de mooie natuur voor diverse taferelen. Het landschap verveelt nooit. Wandelingen, fietstochten langs de Schelde, gezellige terrasjes, lekkere restaurants en varen met de veerboot : all this is Sint-Amands.

Completely renovated studio located at 5 minutes walking distance from Brussels Expo and ING Arena, and at 10-15 minutes from the Atomium, the tram and the metro, north of Brussels.
