Only steps from the house is the path leading to the beautiful sandy beach. This is a single lane path. There is also a parking lot at the beach, less than 5 minute drive. They do charge $10-15 depending on the season. Please enjoy our surfboards, boogie boards and skim boards! Cook your favorite meal in the designer chefs kitchen or outside grill. Our cottage is the perfect spot for singles or couples to enjoy everything about Dillon Beach. Just 100 yards from the beach with sweeping panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Point Reyes National Seashore. Please take a look at all the 5 Star Reviews we received this year. Our home is quiet, relaxing and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is one bedroom (loft style) with a king size bed and a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. The couch is a foldout. Bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with a well-stocked spice cabinet, dining room & large deck with Weber BBQ. There's a smart tv & sound bar, unlimited WiFi, a DVD player, board games & beach toys which you're welcome to use. Or you can just relax in the hammock & watch the clouds go by. No ocean view.
