Quiet neighborhood, with public lands just across the street great for hiking/hunting. Near Clark Canyon Reservoir and famous fly fishing streams(Beaverhead & Big Hole Rivers). We are only 1 hr from Maverick Mountain Ski Area , Elkhorn and Jackson Hot Springs. We are also near the Continental Divide trail. Yellowstone National Park is just a 3 hr drive and 2 hrs to Craters of Moon. There is lots to do in our area for the outdoor active person or just to relax in the great Montana mountains.

This vintage shot gun house retains its old-world charm while being updated with modern amenities. The bedroom area has a queen size adjustable bed. The living room area has a small sleeper sofa & a smart TV. The kitchen is full sized with a gas stove and stocked with basic cooking needs. The house faces the alley with 2 private parking spots and is located within walking distance of downtown Dillon, parks and U of MT Western. Fishing & hunting opportunities are within easy driving distance.

We are excited to share our custom cabin. The space is versatile and works well for a couple’s get away, couple’s trip, families or possibly 2 small families. We use the cabin with friends and family periodically so we have one closet and one room above the garage that are locked for personal items. 6 guests comfortably 2 bedrooms 4 beds-1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 twin, 1 futon & a pull out mattress 2 baths – 1 walk in shower, 1 full bathtub. It is fully stocked with coffee, tea, water, popcorn & much more. The living room boasts a 55 inch TV with wifi, queen futon. There is a king bed in the private bedroom. The kitchen is large and spacious with large full size appliances. Washer/dryer plus private access and parking included as well.

LK Ranch Cabin with hot tub and private fishing.

This 640 sq. ft. cabin, located in Alder Mt, is nestled on our 80-acre working ranch. The ranch has been a part of our family for over 120 years. You will have seclusion and a great view. Guests are welcome to enjoy private fishing on our stretch of Clear Creek. The Ruby River public fishing access is also within walking distance. Fishing licenses are required. Historic Virginia City is only 10 miles to the east and The Ruby Reservoir is just southwest, about 6 miles away.

This 3 bedroom, 2 twins and a recent upgrade to a new king bed in the main bedroom, one bath with como tub/shower. New kitchen leinium adds beauty to the dining area. This Mobile Home is clean and simple. It has a spacious fenced back yard for kids and dogs. There is a nice porch for enjoying the evenings. We are friendly and love people.
