Quiet neighborhood, with public lands just across the street great for hiking/hunting. Near Clark Canyon Reservoir and famous fly fishing streams(Beaverhead & Big Hole Rivers). We are only 1 hr from Maverick Mountain Ski Area , Elkhorn and Jackson Hot Springs. We are also near the Continental Divide trail. Yellowstone National Park is just a 3 hr drive and 2 hrs to Craters of Moon. There is lots to do in our area for the outdoor active person or just to relax in the great Montana mountains.

Step back in time in this completely restored 1865 Traditional style home. No detail was overlooked in this labor of love restoration. Park the car and take advantage of the close proximity to all of Virginia City's attractions, including the library and play area for the kids just across the street. The cabin takes its name from one of the peaks you'll see right out your window, Alturas 1 (Our 2 BR cabin is named for the next peak to the north... Alturas 2.
