Uz kaficu na terasi se možete potpuno opustiti i udisati vazduh oplemenjen Divčibarskom šumom. Ispred zgrade se nalazi privatni parking.

Beli Lotus je studio apartman koji se nalazi u zgradi Borovi 1, najtraženija lokacija. U prizemlju zgrade je Maxi prodavnica. U susednoj zgradi je novootvoreni restoran Central D, pa su vam osnovne stvari na dohvat ruke. Apartman ima divan pogled na četinarsku šumu, ušuškan je luksuzno sa akcentom na prijatan i ugodan boravak. Situated on the ground floor, the apartment offers a spacious terrace with a stunning view of the ski slope, making it ideal for up to 3 adults or families with children.

Kuca je kompletno renovirana 2024god. Tešnjar je stari deo grada Valjeva i jedan od njegovih najupečatljivijih simbola. Nalazi se na desnoj obali Kolubare, stisnuto između toka reke i brda. Danas je Tešnjar jedna od retkih sačuvanih orijentalnih celina u Srbiji. Sastoji se od jedne ulice koja prati tok reke Kolubare i nekoliko manjih ulica koje se spuštaju niz brdo ka njoj. Većina kuća u njemu izgrađena je u 19. stoljeću, ali uz poštovanje pronađenog stila i prostornog uređenja.
