Stunning modern 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom space in PRIME location! JFK only 20 mins away - LaGuardia 30 mins away! Guests would enjoy a fully stocked kitchen including Keurig coffee machine w/ all the coffee you desire, spacious space (all of 2nd floor), tranquil/peaceful backyard w/ in ground pool! Located in tranquil serene family friendly neighborhood with beautiful parks nearby, beautiful park across street and Hempstead State Park 5 mins drive! Guests will feel right at home away from home!

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

Walk down to the Patchogue Beach Club and enjoy the pool and beach. This open-concept home has 2 bedrooms, one bath, a remodeled bathroom, and a kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a farm sink, and a butcher block countertop with natural lighting that will brighten the home.

Fully private apartment ...private bathroom, private bedroom with queen size bed, private living room with 2 couches & 1 futon with a separate private entrance, private kitchen (please note dishwasher is inoperative & not listed as an added amenity). Equipped with modern decor, ROKU smart TV, wifi, backyard patio & inground pool. Pool is seasonal & open from Memorial Day until end of September. Pool is limited to Airbnb guests listed on reservation only. Pool hours are 8am-8pm.
