Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. This house is equipped with running water as well as electric current and Wi-Fi. It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house.

This old stone house is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Hidden in the back street, just above the main square, you will be just next to the sea, but also close to shops and restaurants. Thick walls will keep you cool and the signature tree of bougainvillea will hide you from the summer sun.
