Notre maison se situe sur l’île de Solta, dans la baie de Split. Dominant le petit village de Maslinica, vous aurez une vue splendide sur la mer adriatique. A 5 minutes à pied de la plage, c’est le lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Les prix indiqués sont pour la maison principale (4 chambres) sans les studios situés en rez de jardin. Au delà de 8 personnes nous mettons le(s) studio(s) à disposition (chambre 5 et 6 dans le descriptif des chambres). Un grand jardin et une belle piscine de 5x8 (accès protégé par une clôture) vous permettront de profiter pleinement des lieux. Un nouvel espace a été aménagé en été 2024 à l'arrière de la maison avec un coin salon extérieur et un nouveau barbecue. La maison dispose d'un réseau wifi performant via Starlink. Située les hauteurs du village, la maison n'est qu'à 350 mètres de la plage et des commerces et restaurants du village tout en restant au calme et en bénéficiant des brises marines pour des nuits fraiches. L'ile de Solta est à 35 minutes du port de Split. L'aéroport de Split est bien desservi par les compagnies régulières et low cost. Olive - Pool, Jacuzzi - Tvrdic Honey Farm

Enjoy your stay on a little Mediterranean island! Spend the lazy summer afternoons in a private pool and warm summer evenings in a Jacuzzi. Note that both are shared with other guests on our property. You will be hosted by a beekeeper family on a honey farm, so you can learn a thing or two about making honey! Our apartments are furnished in Mediterranean style, air-conditioned, fitted with WLAN connection, terrace, and private parking. Located between olive trees and little stone walls.

Including 3 bathrooms, spacious seafront living area with kitchen, dining room and living room. The apartment is fitted with a large terrace with dining table. Private parking is included.

This old stone house is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Hidden in the back street, just above the main square, you will be just next to the sea, but also close to shops and restaurants. Thick walls will keep you cool and the signature tree of bougainvillea will hide you from the summer sun. The house has been totally renovated and refurbished this spring and happily awaits new guests.
