Lake View Studios have been transformed from old outbuildings to lovely self contained studios set in 190 acres of idyllic Dorset countryside surrounded by picturesque lakes bustling with wildlife. Situated just outside of Wareham our location is at the heart of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site. We are close to many local attractions including RSPB Arne, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. Enjoy the wildlife from the patio, stroll around or we can arrange for you to Kayak on our beautiful lake.

A bright, open-plan living area and three well-proportioned en-suite bedrooms make this an excellent choice for groups of friends or a base for a multi-generational family holiday. A 15-minute downhill walk takes you to the main street, the beaches, and the Jurassic coastline. Borrow our beach hut, buckets, crab lines and fossil hunting kit to benefit from our local knowledge :)

Lake View Shepherds Huts

Beautiful Lake view shepherds hut. Set in the heart of the Jurassic coast world heritage site. This private estate is a bird watchers paradise. Gazing from the shepherds hut or private decking area at stunning sunsets over the lake and the abundance of birds and wildlife you probably will not want to leave these idyllic natural surroundings. It is only 1 mile from the pretty riverside town of Wareham where you can enjoy a delicious meal at one of the eateries or relax at the rivers edge.

Self-contained bedroom, a sitting room and shower room. Your suite of rooms is separate from the house with its own entrance. The windows overlook the village duck pond and spring and pretty waterfall. There is parking, for your car, at your door. We're in a Dorset village with Trafalgar history, centuries old church, busy pub. The coast is only a couple of miles away. We are on the Dorset Coastal Path and the SSSI Jurasic Coast. £7.50 for a full Dorset breakfast. Evening meal £7 to £12.

Luxury Lakeside Retreat with Hot Tub- sleeps 12-14

Welcome to Still Waters – a stunning lakeside retreat sleeping up to 14 guests. Set on the water’s edge, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace of nature. Unwind in the hot tub, soak up the sun on loungers, or head out from your private jetty with paddleboards. Inside, enjoy pool, Sky TV, or the Xbox. Nearby are swimming lakes, a communal pool, spa, cycling trails, and the beach. On-site you’ll also find tennis, volleyball, fishing, kids' playgrounds and an astro-turf court.

The cottage is of large proportions with sitting room with huge inglenook open fire place, separate child play room with sofa bed, 3 good size bedrooms, family bathroom (dated) and modern ensuite shower room with the master bedroom. One parking space to the rear and on street parking to the front. Rear garden which continues to farmland and hills.

NO NEED FOR A CAR- ITS ALL HERE! ...(NEW : ‘Beryl bikes’ nearby!) Great vibe at the famous Oasis Cafe nearby. Note for those who like walking the south west hiking trail runs 1 meter from the entrance!

Hidden from the road and screened by mature eucalyptus, it’s 10 minutes from a choice of many beautiful beaches and Christchurch’s river attractions such as boat hire, Kayaking. and fishing. The golf course is nearby for keen golfers and it is well placed for easy access to the pretty New Forest walks. Perfect for up to 4 guests - friends or couples.

Step back in time at beautiful, historic Ashford Mills – mentioned in the Domesday Book. Set on the River Isle in Somerset, this 5-acre working smallholding is a peaceful, rustic retreat where nature, heritage, and adventure meet. Wander gardens with chickens, ponies, and goats. Enjoy fresh eggs, homegrown veg, wild swims or a kayak. We're right on National Cycle Route 33 and close to National Trust gems, cider mills, and pubs. Come to relax, reconnect, and slow down.

A newly built 3 storey 5 bed detached house with stunning harbour views, 5 mins to Sandbanks beaches. Direct access to the water, Kayaks available for hire. 2 of the 5 bedrooms have sea views and share a balcony. All 5 bedrooms have en-suites and the master bedroom has a freestanding bath overlooking the sea. It has a bespoke layout with an open plan kitchen/dining area on the 3rd floor which makes the most of the stunning views at the highest level of the house.

The Cornish studio

The Cornish Studio is the perfect retreat for beach living with far stretching sea views from every window and located right on the beach in West Bay in the heart of the Jurassic Coast. You can walk the cliff path for breakfast at the Hive cafe on Burton Bradstock or to the Anchor at Seatown for drinks and dinner on the cliff. Explore the coastline jump in the double kayak then back to sample the menus at Rise or The Watch House just outside your door.
