Optimal for 1-7 people, for a variety of uses from business travel, to the perfect family vacation with instant access to all of Duluth's attractions and events. Parties over 2 have access to the whole building. For guests 1-2, the bottom accommodation provides a full apartment! We are next to Spirit Mtn!

We are just an hour from the Apostle Islands, Bayfield, Hayward, Ashland, Wi or Duluth, Mn. As you head north to Lake Superior surrounded by the silence of the forest, you can relax , away from the bustle of everyday life. The famous Bois Brule River is a short walk down the hill. Our cabin is very quiet. We are on 3 acres. Our place is a cabin. Not a house. We aren't fancy but comfortable. Get set for a beautiful peaceful time in the pines.

SUMMERHILL, a cheerful house

With a view of Lake Superior and Duluth's harbor, SUMMERHILL is full of color and light. 5-blocks straight up from downtown and Canal Park. Park on the street right in front of the house, or park off-street in the alley behind the house. On city bus routes. Safe and friendly, this is a quiet house and probably not a good fit for people who want a livelier, party atmosphere. The owner, a senior citizen, resides in an adjacent apartment.
