Cozy private carriage house in shared yard behind 1893 historic home. Perfect for the business or solo traveler but can accommodate 2 with the plush queen sized bed. Conveniently located to downtown, Coors Field or the Mile High Stadium. Easy access to both I-25 and I-70. The casita is in the back corner of the Hosts yard and the yard is shared with the Host. Gardens, fire pit, gas grill, and hot tub all available to guests. Sadly no dogs allowed as we have bunnies and chickens living here.

Downtown trains and busses run within a block. Coor’s field and all of Denver downtown highlights are within a mile. Private patio with hot tub, keyless access, fully equipped kitchen and other cooking condiments are provided. We do not allow smoking, pets or over 4 guests. Violations will result in additional fees.

Welcome to our home in Washington Park! Our home can sleep 6 and is in front of the park. Wash Park is a great place to relax, go for walk/run or grab a drink, whichever is easier. The location of the house is just a 5-10 minute drive from Cherry Creek mall, Rino, Lodo, Downtown and other entertainment areas. Enjoy a breakfast and coffee at Wash Perk cafe which is just a 5 min walk. End the day with our new Hot Tub! Place is great for solo travelers, couples or families.
