The facilities bearing this certification have met at least 50 criteria like: social and environmental responsibility, use of eco certified washing and cleaning agents, natural materials, water saving technology, energy saving technology, waste sorting and recycling e.t.c. We support local community by promoting small local producer and experiences as well.

U neposrednoj blizini vlasnici imaju proizvodnju sira pa se mogu degustirati različiti autohtoni sirevi. Također na livadama u blizini mogu se vidjeti ovce kako pasu. Casa Ava is an original stone Istrian house. It is situated 12 km from Porec where the nearest beaches are. The nearest market and restaurant are in Baderna,1 km away. . Truffle area in Motovun and Groznjan are a short drive away as well as many vineries. Porec is also famous for entertainment,there are always music or sport events throughout the year. Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

A beautifully 240m2 restored 150 years old Istrian villa situated in a calm and picturesque village of Mrgani. It features 5 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, large roofed terrace and 40m2 heated pool. Villa is surrounded by rolling hills and green nature offering a never ending options for bicycling, hiking and running. Gourmet restaurants and excellent wines provided by some extremely popular local Istrian and Croatian wineries can be enjoyed in nearby historical town Rovinj.

NOTE: only Saturday to Saturday reservations accepted. Traditional Istrian house located in the heart of Istria in the small village of Mrkoči, surrounded with untouched nature. The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.
