Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

This charming studio is situated in walking zone, in the old 16th century house and in the hart of old Baška. This is the way to feel real rhythm of life in this village. Everything is around you on a walking distance: beaches, grocery shops, coffee bars, restaurants and our private parking place too (80 m away). Studio has a small window and it's medieval architecture to blame. Of course, less daily light has some advantages during hot summer days, because apartment stay cold and comfortable.

Charming studio apartment in a small quite village Bunica just 200 m from the sea, there is a little way under the main street to the beaches. Town Senj is 4 km away. Apartment is in a private house with courtyard and a parking place. It has flat TV, Wi-Fi,aircondition,heating,well equipped tea kitchen,all the necessery for cooking,bathroom with a little tub,basic toiletties set,towels,hair dryer,linen,private entrance and terace. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Renovated old stone house, situated in the village of Kras 10 km from the city of Krk and 3 km from Dobrinj. Kras is small, quiet location which can give you enough for relaxation. You’ll love my accomodation because of quietness, simple but nice furniture and good location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.
