It has two bedrooms each with a double bed. The open living room with TV has a bed for one further person, dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and coffee corner. It also has air conditioning (additional cost).The bathroom provides a shower.

This studio apartment for two is situated above Mošćenicka Draga. The best thing about studio is magnificent view on the Kvarner gulf which you will never forget. You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1,2km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

U istom se objektu na prvom katu nalazi još i dvosoban apartman koji može ugostiti maksimalno pet osoba.

From the very beginning, it was clear that this would be a family business that would be transferred to their daughters, but later also to their grandchildren. Centar grada udaljen je 700 metara,udaljenost do plaže 800 metara. Na raspolaganju su vam klima uređaj, WiFi, SAT-TV, zajednički roštilj i parkirno mjesto u dvorištu. Kućni ljubimci nisu dopušteni.
