Our house is an ideal location for quickly reaching any destination in the Salt Lake Valley and Utah county. Even with its fast access to Redwood Road, I-15, and Bangerter highway, it feels like you are in the country. Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. We pride ourselves on a clean, welcoming atmosphere, comfy beds & furniture, and attention to the well-being of our guests

Find a little slice of heaven in our stylish 1,682 sq. ft. 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom luxury townhome that sleeps up to 8 guests and is within walking distance to restaurants and retail stores. It's close to I-15 and to nature and outdoor activities. Our home comes with luxury amenities, king-size beds, free parking, and fast WiFi; it will serve as an excellent home base for you and your family. *For any 5 night or longer stays, enjoy 1 complimentary 60 min in-house massage (msg for availability).

You will love the comfortable beds with soft pillows, the comfy couch and nice finishes. Kitchen has basic utensils, dishes, microwave and coffee maker. There is a 60" tv with cable, Apple TV, Netflix and free movies on demand. There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Close to stores and the beautiful outdoors. Space is limited to 6 guests total. No exceptions.

This home has recently been completely remodeled and all kitchen appliances are new. The bathroom is completely new. It’s close to I-15, shopping, Adobe and Silicon Slopes tech companies.

Family lives in main floor so not a party house, but great place for up to 4 to stay and relax. Bedroom one has a Queen & twin. Bedroom 2 bed is full size. Some rooms have pitched ceilings that are a bit short in some places. Street parking only. No kids / pets.
