Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. Also known as the Hogwarts Castle, this Draper home follows a traditional luxury style. Stay in our Luxury Guest house apartment that is attached to a modern-day 24k sq ft Castle. No expense was spared on this guest house. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets looking over the Draper Temple and Salt Lake Valley. Take a hike or mountain bike ride on one of the many trails directly behind the home. Within 45 minutes from Ski Resorts in the Park City and Sundance area. Central to 3 valleys.

Newly remodeled, private, basement apartment with separate entrance. Our space is a large studio apartment with a full size kitchen, washer and dryer for your private use. ** Please note that above the apartment is the hosts kitchen area. With a family of 7 living in the house there can be a fair amount of foot traffic and noise.** Approx. 15 min. from SLC airport, 37 min.Snowbird, 27 min. to downtown Salt Lake. This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.
