Cottage in south of Dresden

Homey house in the south of Dresden, in the beautiful green district of Plauen, about 6km away from the motorway exit Südvorstadt, 3,5 km to the city center. Shopping for daily needs can be reached in about 5 minutes. Younger guests are our rabbits to know who live in our garden. A sandbox with toys, a selection of games, many picture books, etc. are waiting for you. The cottage stands in a garden, which is also used by the owners. The house has one room with a built-in bunk beds and a fold-out couch (1.20 x 1.90). A baby travel bed incl. Bedding can be provided. The bathroom has a power shower. In the house there is a small kitchenette. There is a zweiflammiges induction field. In addition, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. On the street in front of our house you will find free parking. From our house you are with the car in 10 minutes in the city center. Train and bus, which also drive to the city center and the main train station, walk in Reichl. 5 minutes. Also, the TU-terrain is easily accessible by us by bus or tram. For Haltepkt Plauen you go 500 meters. Bakeries, are also open on Sundays, discounters, etc., can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes by car two or three Fahrminuten. Super Italian, Turkish, Greek restaurants are located nearby. Not far from there is a very good cafe with tasty Eis. In front of our house is the park "Hoher Stein". The Erzgebirge is ideal for skiing, sledding and hiking. The Saxon Switzerland can be reached by car in twenty minutes. In a short time we are also in Pillnitz, Radebeul, Moritzburg or Meissen.

Die Wohnung (35 m²-Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche, Bad-jedes Zimmer separat) befindet sich im ruhigen Stadtteil Dresden Dölzschen, in einem 2 Familienhaus zzgl. der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist bestens geeignet, um sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Stadt, in ruhiger Umgebung zu entspannen. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Haustür. Das Mitbringen von Haustieren ist nicht erlaubt. Zusätzliche Gäste und der Empfang von Besuch sind nicht erlaubt. Die hintere Gartenanlage ist nicht zu benutzen.

Dies ist unsere kleine ruhige 2 Raum Wohnung im Herzen der Dresdner Neustadt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus eines Mehrfamilienhauses in der 3 Etage, sie besteht aus einer komplett eingerichteten Küche, Bad mit Duschwanne, Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Schlafcouch und natürlich einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Ein Reisebett und Stühlchen für Kleinkinder ist vorhanden und können gern jederzeit mit genutzt werden. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe von der Wohnung.

Klein, aber fein: gemütlicher Sandstein-Gewölbekeller (ca. 20 m2) mit innenliegendem Bad (WC/Dusche) in einem MFH. Kellertypisch gibt es nur kleine Fenster, die nicht so viel Tageslicht zulassen. Es gibt eine Küchenecke (Kühli, Mini-Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kochplatten), allerdings ohne separates Spülbecken). Gegen Aufpreis ist auch Saunanutzung möglich. Gemeinschaftsterrasse mit Grillkamin nach Absprache nutzbar. Spielmöglichkeiten: Tischtennisplatte und Trampolin

A cosy apartment for 2 guests 20 minutes away (by foot) from the city centre and 10 minutes away from the Dresden Mitte station. It's a quiet area that promises a break away from everything. Situated on the top floor, this means that you will not have any neighbours disturbing you. With a supermarket just around the corner, and a lovely cafe right by the hospital, you can get everything you need by staying here. Please note that this building has no elevator.
