It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Rosa is apartment 47m2+private balcony 4m2 in the building with a view on the sea channel. Apartment is on the 2nd floor (if you need to get luggage and bags I'll help, and carry them up for you) from center old town walking distance 15-20 minute.
