Beautiful Stone Cottage

Stone Cottage built in the 1870s. It has been renovated with new full kitchen. It is situated only 10-15 mins drive to the centre of town and very close to the Peninsula tourist spots including Larnachs Castle etc. Only 2mins drive to Tautuku fishing club. Tea and coffee is supplied and has full kitchen facilities. Set in a beautiful rural setting on a working farm. Some sea views. Popular restaurants close by. The cottage is positioned next to our house but is very quiet and private.

The Lookout

The Lookout is a luxurious self contained small house with wonderful harbour views and a rural back drop. Only 18 mins from Dunedin and 2 mins from Port Chalmers cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs. The Lookout has an open living space including the kitchen. A compact bathroom and mezzanine bedroom with breathtaking views. The Lookout, is next door to "Sybie's Cottage" another AirBnB listing by Allan. Each is very private and the car-park area is the only thing which is shared.

Seaside Studio

This 'tiny home' is set in our beach garden and a 2 minute stroll down the access track will take you onto a stunning beach. The studio is comfortable, warm and ideal for a 1 night getaway. There are limited cooking facilities but a 7 minute drive takes you to Green Island where you'll find Fresh Choice, McDonald's, Biggies pizza and other takeaway shops. Popular Brighton Beach and cafe is a 5 minute drive away, the CBD 20 minutes and Dunedin Airport is also a 20 minute drive.

'Fox Cottage', just a stroll to Waikouaiti beach!

‘Fox Cottage’, nestled into the grounds of ‘Garden Lodge’. Tui’s, Bellbirds & Fantails, this beautiful spacious one bedroom home offers comfort & warmth for all seasons. Just a stroll to Hawkesbury Lagoon, white sandy beaches of Waikouaiti & Karitane, 30 min drive South to Dunedin City & 35 mins North to Moeraki’s boulders. This is a great place to stay! It is a warm, clean, modern, sunny and spacious Ground Floor house. The perfect city base. It is located at Dunedin South so you could stay in a relaxed neighbourhood, and it is just a short walk to famous Saint Clair beaches, and just a short drive to the would class University and the Otago Peninsula. There are cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars nearby. Free street car park. Free unlimited Super-fast Gigabit WiFi.

Harbourside Studio Apartment 'seven'

Stay at 'Seven' a cute retro apartment in my cottage garden. Upstairs there's a romantic loft style bedroom and small sitting area with views of the harbour. French doors lead you to your private floriferous roof garden. Downstairs provides kitchen and bathroom. Access between upstairs and downstairs is via the deck and outdoor stairs, so not suitable for those with mobility issues. If you enjoy colour, comfort and quirky surrounds stay here.
