The large guest suite is located 2 miles from historic downtown Durango in the foothills of Perins Peak. The 10-acre property is adjacent to the Overend Mountain Park, with direct access to hiking and mountain biking trails, and features numerous sitting areas, gardens and vistas. Visitors enjoy the peace and serenity of the guest suite as a perfect paring with enjoying Durango’s adventures and activities. Located in Bayfield, CO providing easy access to all points of interest in the Four Corners area. This house was originally both the general store and post office in 1890 for 10 years. An addition occurred in the 1950's. It has been lovingly owned by the same family for many years.
