This charming, bright condo with views is in the historical Jarvis building built in 1915. This 3rd floor condo is located in the heart of downtown Durango. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery, liquor store, Walgreens and the River Trail. The unit has its own parking space, private balcony, secured entry, elevator, coin operated laundry room and common area patio with a BBQ. It is across the street from a bar that tends to be lively in the evenings!

The cabin is nine blocks from the center of downtown. Biking and hiking are two blocks in Horse Gulch Trail System. The cabin is on a quiet street. The stainless steel kitchen is designed around a commercial Wolf Stove. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, spices, olive oil, and coffee provided.
