This very cozy condo is the ideal place to return to after a day of enjoying the many activities and attractions in Durango. It is located in town, also just across from Fort Lewis campus and Hillcrest Golf Course. Gorgeous hiking and biking trails out the front door. This lovely property offers amenities including a seasonal heated pool and a year round hot tub. The trolley stops in front of the complex for easy access to downtown. Perfectly located home base for Durango's many activities!

Cozy Condo in Cascade Village

Situated just north of Durango, Unit 340 is only a couple of minutes from world class skiing at Purgatory Ski resort and is also right at the start of the breathtaking drive to Silverton. This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. Our home is close to the historic downtown, Fort Lewis College, and a long list of outdoor activities. Cozy Purgatory Condo, Steps to the Slopes

This eclectic 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the Angelhaus complex at Purgatory Resort in Durango, Colorado. It's just a short walk from the main ski lifts and Mountain Village which offers shopping, dining & activities. We recently did several upgrades to our unit including a remodel of both bathrooms and new flooring. Our unit is at the end of the first floor which makes it very convenient for coming and going with skis in the winter and bikes in the summer.
