Deux ambiances selon la période de l'année : - le paradis des familles et des enfants pendant les vacances scolaires estivales grâce à la piscine, la pataugeoire et les jeux extérieurs. - calme et repos en dehors de ces périodes pour vous ressourcer en profitant de la nature verdoyante, de la piscine et des magnifiques départements du Lot et de la Dordogne. Récemment rénové avec goût et avec tout le confort moderne.

As you step into the cottage, you'll first encounter the kitchen featuring a charming handmade 4-meter wooden table and complete amenities. Ascend the stairs to the second floor housing a cozy lounge area and bedrooms. The lounge offers comfortable seating, including super big floor cushions. There are two bedrooms with single beds and two with queen-sized beds. Additionally, the bathroom on this floor features toilets, showers, and two wash basins.

Le Batelier

Chateau Grimard was built at the end of the 13th century and is immediately next to the River Lot . It is set amongst vineyards and sunflower fields, with 8 hectares of land all which can be used by guests. The Chateau has 3 gites, all of which have sufficient privacy. Guests can swim in the river, kayak, and there is also a large shared salt water swimming pool. Wifi. The historic town of Puy L’Eveque is five minutes drive away.

Jolie maison individuel en pierres au bout d'un petit hameau privatif au sein d’un domaine de 8 Ha en pleine nature. Le logement dispose d'une chambre à coucher avec salle de bain, d'un salon avec poêle à bois et une cuisine ouverte et bien équipée et d'une terrasse privée avec vue sur la campagne. Accès à la piscine partagée (sans clôture ni verrou) avec vue sur la prairie et fôrets pour une déconnexion totale.

You are very welcome at our farmhouse. The farm is in a quiet and rural location. The property is suitable for 9 people and has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room and a cozy kitchen diner. Outside there is a covered veranda with barbecue, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a beautiful garden with a playground, a private swimming pool and a hottub.
