It is walking distance from bars and restaurants. Fall River Lake is three minutes from its location. It also comes with access to our ranch ten minutes away. The ranch offers 375 acres of walking space, a launch and water access. With a full homestead of animals, loved by bird watchers. Pets are allowed for $10 a night per pet.

Basic mini-cabins are a step up from tents - basic shelter w/screened windows (no glass) and a screen door. These get cold at night like a tent. This cabin we call "Definitely Not the Ritz" features 3 beds with only a bottom sheet that sleep 4. There's a small nightstand a couple chairs, that's it. This is *almost roughing it*, but we won't spoil your stories if you tell your friends you actually were roughing it. Sleeping bags/blankets, towels/other toiletries are guest's responsibility.
