Timber Valley Pods with private hot tubs offer a peaceful countryside escape with stunning views – you can even spot the Isle of Arran on clear days. Our fully insulated and heated glamping pods are perfect year-round. Each pod sleeps two, featuring a comfy double bed, en-suite shower room, kitchenette, and complimentary tea and coffee. A sofa bed is available on request (please let us know when booking). Private parking and your own hot tub are included – relax or explore at your own pace!

The Bothy

Welcome to The Bothy! We are located in sunny Ayrshire amongst open skies and rolling hills that descend down into the beautiful Clyde Estuary. See more on insta @StoopidFlat_Farm The Bothy is an old converted barn on this once-working farm. We have made a cosy and stylish space for guests and friends alike to come and relax in and escape from the 21st centuary. If you love exploring the great outdoors then returning home to a welcoming wood burning stove then this is the place for you.

'Meadow' is in its own private garden overlooking our wildflower meadow. Great for couples / young families with a double bed and sofa bed within the yurt. It boasts a cozy woodburner and its wonderful open roof to watch sky. The private bathroom, compost loo, kitchen & patio provide home comforts. Max 2 small dogs. This is a farm: dogs to be kept on leads at all times outside. Our chickens & goats wander around the farm. Extras for your stay are available to purchase through the website.

We are a small friendly husband and wife team who can provide you with a relaxing stay in East Ayrshire with wonderful views, large outdoor space, fish pond, and amazing night skies. We have an enclosed large private garden with play area for your little ones to run around while you enjoy sitting relaxing at one of 4 outdoor seating areas one with firepit. Our hot tub has 85 hydrotherapy jets placed in the seats, allowing you to experience an entirely different massage sensation.

Quirky, peaceful and secluded - just you, nature, and your favourite tunes at the tiki bar. This 1978 Airstream is fully re-built by your hosts in a private 1/2 acre glade with a stream running through, wood-fired hot tub, outdoor chill zones: tiki bar, fire pit with hammocks and covered deck. All exclusive use. This one-of-a-kind Airstream conversion is bright, quirky & cozy with wood stove, king bed, sofa bed, plumbed wetroom, full kitchen + even doorbell! Retro made perfect.

Outside, the extensive garden and grounds comprising of mainly lush green lawns, mature woodland, wild flower areas and a portion of the Carmel Water which is a tributary of the River Irvine. The garden has various sitting areas strategically positioned to catch the sun. The private driveway leads to the house and there is parking for three vehicles.

Carrick Lodge is one of two lodges within the private grounds of our larger property, The Old Church. Set in a semi-rural location, it is a private and exceptionally comfortable space featuring a lovely private, secluded and sheltered covered decking area with wood burning stove, allowing you to enjoy nature all year round. The local grocery shop is less than a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.

Conveniently situated a short drive from Glasgow and Prestwick airports, with excellent transport links into the city of Glasgow and beyond. It is worth noting, that this property is also ideally placed for guests who wish to visit Loch Lomond and the Trossachs, the Ayrshire coast, or embark on the NC500.

Dog-friendly, the Wee Bothy is within the gardens of a 2000 acre working estate in open countryside yet only 10 mins to Kilmarnock, 15 mins to Ayr & Troon and 30 mins from Glasgow. Quietly located by the potting sheds, alongside the walled garden, the cottage is cosy and is set up for every eventuality and is a home away from home if you're here to work.

The Annexe is within a conservation village, on the first floor it has shower room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and there is also a fold down bed with linen kept in cupboard under stairs On the ground floor there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, living area with bifold doors leading to patio area.
