Nestled in a secluded glen surrounded by mountains and forest, comfortable family holiday accommodation in a detached cottage. Close to the Galloway Forest park, an excellent base for walking, mountain biking and star gazing due to the dark skies. The famous Southern Upland Way walking route is accessible on foot from the cottage along with other beautiful hill walking, including some impressive peaks with breathtaking views. Streams and pools nearby for paddling and wild swimming adventures.

The pod comes with its own hottub with stunning views of the fishing ponds. Climb the small ladder stairs and you’re in the upstairs bedroom which has a loft apartment feel. The pod comes with a king size bed and a sofa bed also a kitchenette with hob, oven,fridge, microwave and all the kitchen essentials We also have WiFi with Netflix included.

The Stables cottage is located on a farm, 6 miles outside New Cumnock, East Ayrshire. The Cottage has one double room and one twin bedroom. A lounge, shower room and modern kitchen with breakfast bar. The cottage has a large enclosed garden to the front with driveway parking for approximately three cars. Bed linen, towels and electricity are included in the price. Children are welcome. Travel cot, highchair etc are available on request. Pets are also welcome with prior arrangement.
