After a day exploring everything Ayrshire has to offer (be it history, culture, walking, seaside or golf) settle down in front of your roaring log burner or enjoy a drink on the private deck. Watch as the sun sets over the hill in front of you. Then, above you on a clear night, the Milky Way and a myriad of constellations appear. Truly rested, fall asleep in comfort & silence.

Walking distance to the local village of Eaglesham with a lovely pub that is dog friendly, with good food, called the Swan.

We have free range Ducks & Chicken and we are surrounded by Highland Cows, Sheep, Horses, Rabbits, Pheasants and other amazing wildlife. A Golf Course, Curling Rinks are minutes away, deep in the idyllic countryside but only 15 minutes drive from Glasgow Airport. Relax, explore and enjoy The Wee Firs.

Corlae Cottage, mountain and forest views

Nestled in a secluded glen surrounded by mountains and forest, comfortable family holiday accommodation in a detached cottage. Close to the Galloway Forest park, an excellent base for walking, mountain biking and star gazing due to the dark skies. The famous Southern Upland Way walking route is accessible on foot from the cottage along with other beautiful hill walking, including some impressive peaks with breathtaking views. Streams and pools nearby for paddling and wild swimming adventures.

New luxury holiday pod set on a scenic trout fishery.Our self catered pod has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The pod comes with its own hottub with stunning views of the fishing ponds. Climb the small ladder stairs and you’re in the upstairs bedroom which has a loft apartment feel. The pod comes with a king size bed and a sofa bed also a kitchenette with hob, oven,fridge, microwave and all the kitchen essentials We also have WiFi with Netflix included.

The Stables Holiday Cottage Licence EA00032F

The Stables cottage is located on a farm, 6 miles outside New Cumnock, East Ayrshire. The Cottage has one double room and one twin bedroom. A lounge, shower room and modern kitchen with breakfast bar. The cottage has a large enclosed garden to the front with driveway parking for approximately three cars. Bed linen, towels and electricity are included in the price. Children are welcome. Travel cot, highchair etc are available on request. Pets are also welcome with prior arrangement.

Carrick Lodge is one of two lodges within the private grounds of our larger property, The Old Church. The local grocery shop is less than a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.
