The perfect place to escape busy lives and explore the beautiful countryside of Sussex, with great walks onto fields which is accessed from the property. 15 mins walk to The Griffin Pub in Fletching. 1m to Piltdown Golf C one of the top 50 valued Courses in the UK.

You will also be just a few minutes walk from the Brighton Dome, Komedia, and walking distance from The Pier, Brighton Centre and i360.

The Old Stables, Dovecote Farm

The Old Stables is a self contained two bedroom, detached annexe with direct access to the Ashdown Forest. A perfect place to stay while discovering the Forest and all its' walks, including Pooh Sticks Bridge, Friends Clump and all the other locations in the Winnie the Pooh books. The Old Stables is self catering, with a small kitchenette with microwave, two pan hob, fridge and coffee machine. If required we are able to provide a welcome pack of essentials at an extra cost.

It's self-contained, well equipped, carefully cleaned and secure. It is suitable for long or short stay, so do get in contact with any questions.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
