Winter Pintes is a spacious, modern holiday home in Joiku Resort, completed in 2024 on the lakefront of Äkäslompolo. Expansive glass walls and a high ceiling frame views of the Ylläs swing and surrounding fells. The terrace with a private jacuzzi is ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. Visitors can enjoy year-round activities: hiking, berry picking, fishing and kayaking in summer, with skiing just minutes away at Ylläs Ski Resort in winter. The midnight sun lasts from mid-May to mid-July, a few weeks before and after this period the nights are as bright as the days.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.
