Pikkumökki-cottage的和平与和谐

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

Tilava kaksio (52m2) hyvällä sijainnilla keskustassa satamassa. Iso parveke etelään järvinäkymällä. Autolle maksuton paikka alakerran lämpimässä autohallissa, kulku hissillä asuntoon. Sähköauton lataus, veloitus kulutuksen mukaan. Esteetön kulku. Viilentävä ilmalämpöpumppu. Yksi makuuhuone, jossa 160cm runkopatjasänky. Olohuoneessa on divaanivuodesohva (140cm). Lisäksi tarvittaessa ilmapatja 80cm. Asukkaan käytettävissä taloyhtiön kuntosali 1. kerroksessa, jossa kattava kotisalivarustus.

在鱼之间–我们在芬兰湖畔的房子

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.

Käytössä ilmalämpöpumppu ja takka. Lähellä hyvät kalastus-, marjastus- ja ulkoilumaastot. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. Vuokraajan käytössä sup-lauta ja soutuvene sekä wifi-yhteys. Tarvittaessa liinavaate/pyyhe vuokraus 10e/hlö, loppusiivous 80e lisähintaan. Hintaan sisältyy porealtaan käyttö.

景观非常好的浪漫住所

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Tämä 21 m²:n mökki tarjoaa intiimin ja tunnelmallisen pakopaikan, täydellisen ympäristön irtautua arjen kiireestä ja mahdollisuus nauttia hiljaisuudesta. Mökissä on tehokkaasti käytetty tila, jossa majoittujille on tarjolla mukava keittokulmaus päivittäisen ruoanlaiton tarpeisiin. Illan kruunaa idyllinen sauna, jonka lämmössä voi ihailla kaunista järvimaisemaa ja auringonlaskua. Kohde on omatoiminen.

Ympärivuotiseen asumiseen tarkoitettu 100-vuotta vanha hirsimökki mukavuuksineen päätalon pihapiirissä. Useamman yön majoittujilla lämmityskautena sähkön lisäksi uunilämmitys. Puut valmiina, tarvittaessa opastus tai lämmitys. Hyvien tieyhteyksien päässä. Outokumpuun n.10 min ja Joensuu n. 30 min . Koli n. tunti ja Valamon luostari n. 30 min autolla. Lisäksi ulkoa löytyy koirahäkki, jossa pieni koppi.
