Bedroom with comfortable queen and full bath. 5 min to 2 National Seashore pet friendly beaches. 5 min to Wiley park with pond and dog walk. 3 min to sunsets at the bay. Enjoy your Cape escape this summer in this coastal cottage! Newly renovated interior and beautiful landscaping complete with a new outdoor shower, cowboy cauldron, brand new grill and outdoor patio furniture, relaxing water feature and a Bocce ball court! We have 4 beach cruisers that you can use at your own risk. We also have 4 backpack beach chairs in a locked shed. The beach is just a half mile away and close to restaurants and shopping. Dogs must be pre approved and only one dog.

Cape Cod Getaway 2 Bedroom Cozy Home

Newly updated in March 2023 with new white interior paint, new black doorknobs and cabinet pulls and new blinds throughout the home. Fresh paint, updated hardware, some new small appliances and added new art but same Cape cottage charm! NOTE: Weekly rentals mid-June through mid-September- Linens and towels can be provided in a basket or you are welcome to bring yours from home- just let us know. During this time (Mid June through Mid September, check in and out are on Saturdays.

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

Our 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a 4-poster bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. Our half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

The apartment is completely separate from the house with a private deck. The property is surrounded by conservation land so the closest neighbor is not visible from the apartment or the yard.
