This hillside apartment is in the heart of Silverlake, and is completely remodeled, and tastefully decorated in mid-century style. From the edge of the lush landscape, it has beautiful views of the Hollywood Sign, Observatory, Griffith Park, and the Silverlake Reservoir, and is facing West for lovely sunsets. Beautiful expansive grounds and a nice patio area for relaxing or BBQing. Note: this is the apartment on the ground floor, not the main house and does not have a balcony, but has a patio.

At 450 sq. feet, Faffy’s Place is a large private single guest house on a quiet Los Feliz/Silverlake hillside. Faffy’s Place is completely private with its own entrance, garden and patio. It has been newly remodeled with a full feature kitchen and bathroom.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

One of the best things about our space is that you feel you are in nature not in urban Los Angeles. When you wake up in the master bed in the morning the only view through the sheers ia bamboo, trees and usually a bright blue sky. When you sit up you see the beautiful new deck and pool. Life is good :)
