The flat is located to receive afternoon sun, and the sunsets are stunning. The waves are audible at night. The coastal path it overlooks is peacefully quiet at night - no traffic noise!

You’ll love my compact home and the local neighbourhood with a mix of young professionals and young families, and the proximity to restaurants, cafes, and Sydney sights. Simple, basic, 'tiny home', good for couples or solo w/ limited luggage.

Building is powered by 38 solar panels on the roof. I hope to install batteries to make the building carbon neutral 6 month of the year.
