In this updated mid-century modern ranch, you'll enjoy a three bedroom apartment (the whole main floor but totally private) along with a spacious kitchen, covered patio and large fenced yard (dog friendly)! The house is located on a quiet street but a short drive or bus ride away from everything Denver has to offer! Whether you're headed downtown for a concert or up to the mountains, this location is very centrally located, surrounded by amenities!

Cozy cottage near the lake

Keep it simple at this centrally-located cozy tiny house. Private entrance on side of house with your own fenced in area. Across the street from a park and 3 minutes to the lake. This is affordable yet close to down town. You can walk, use public transit or rent a scooter, or Uber. 2 twin beds! Checkin is 4pm or later only. We are close by if you need anything. Sorry no cats. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, iron, and patio.

“Grandma’s Zoo”

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, of which i grew up. This one bedroom ranch style home also has a den with two couches and a comfortable futon that folds out into a bed for additional guest accommodations. Property is only 10 minutes from Coors Field, Ball Arena, and Empower Field at Mile High. Per City Code Sec 11-503 of Wheat Ridge all STRs are to obtain a valid License and renew it annually.
