This tiny home is where nature meets luxury!! The electric fireplace will welcome you while resting and watching your favorite show. There is a fire pitt and charcoal grill as well as full size kitchen appliances. Owner lives on the property, but no shared facilities. This house has star link internet but not guaranteed.

桑福德小屋

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Our property affords off-street parking and a large back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Please note: We have a no-smoking policy for our entire property--inside and outside. We also maintain a strict no pets policy.

The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, and a pullout sofa in the living room. A fire pit, firewood, and six Adirondack chairs are available for use in a private area behind the house. There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.

Only 2 blocks from Edinboro Lake in a highly walkable, bike-able setting. Take a walk or a bike ride and enjoy a beautiful sunset on the lake. Finish the evening with a cocktail at the firepit.

You will also enjoy our fire pit with Firewood included. We are also located only 15 miles from Erie where you can enjoy Presque Isle, Waldameer and Splash Lagoon.
