De woning is geheel in de jaren 50 stijl ingericht, uiteraard met alle gemakken van nu. De accomodatie heeft 6 slaapkamers. Het huis is gelegen op slechts 5 minuten wandelen van het gezellige stadscentrum van Weert en 6 minuten van het treinstation. NB: Tijdens Bospop wordt het huis niet in z'n geheel verhuurd maar per kamer.
