Beachfront Mediterranean style house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Features a large pool and direct access to the beach. Spacious kitchen and open concept dining, living room and bar area with plenty of natural light. FREE WIFI, 2 Smart TVs, and Air Conditioning in bedrooms. Bedding configuration is for 10 people in 8 beds: 1 King, 1 Full and 6 Singles. One bedroom/bath in the first floor and 2 bedrooms/bath on the second floor. One of the bedrooms has a 4th bedroom inside of it with a folding door.

It has an amazing view, great location, awesome local and expat community, great spots to hang outside of the house, a big patio/gazebo by the pool, multiple hammocks, soothing wave sound and sea breeze, gorgeous tropical light, and the best surfing in the country. New AC installed in Oct. 2023. New refrigerator 2021+ stove 2025. Pool is beautifully redone, April 2024.

This private beach front vacation home was custom built with thoughtful touches to make your vacation as relaxing and comfortable as possible. You're only steps away from the quiet sandy beach where you may be fortunate enough to see a giant sea turtle laying her eggs in the sand. Enjoy the private pool with a shallow play area for the little ones. A large outdoor dining area with a charcoal BBQ make the perfect setting for memorable meals followed by a siesta in one of the hammocks.

Las Mañanitas is a newly constructed beach villa overlooking the sunrises and the coastal line of the Pacific Ocean. The villa's three bedrooms accommodate up to 8 people. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and balcony, with an amazing view to the ocean. Living room, dining room and kitchenette all within the same living area, with frontal view to amazing infinity pool. The villa is located inside a gated community with security 24/7. It has direct access to the private beach.

Oceanfront, large covered terraces. All bedrooms include AC IS FOR NIGHT TIME ONLY. Daily cleaning service of common areas. Bedrooms are cleaned every 3 days for stays longer than one week. Included a cook to prepare breakfasts/lunch or lunch/dinner, staffs works 8 HOURS PER DAY. GUEST MUST PROVIDE GROCERIES, paper towels, napkins, spices all essentials for cooking ICE, LAUNDRY AND BOTTLED WATER NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL

Calm and cozy house on Coatepeque lake. Enjoy the spectacular views and sunsets of the volcanic lake. Ideal for couples looking for a getaway. Small and comfy house. Great location, just 2km from the gas station and a mini market, 45 minutes from San Salvador, right in front of Cardedeu/La Pampa (restaurant). Please note there are numerous stairs to get to the house, not suitable for anyone with physical difficulties.
