Open plan kitchen & lounge with doors opening onto large deck with built in braai & fire pit. Separate scullery. Fireplace in lounge 2 large bedrooms. Main bedroom king bed. 2nd bedroom 2 twins. 2 Bathrooms with showers only. Main bedroom has patio doors opening onto small balcony. House is wheel chair friendly - both bathrooms set up. This luxurious beach house is within the Shelley Point Security Estate. The house is located right on the beach with unobstructed sea views. The Estate boasts beautiful beaches and a golf course. A 15 minute drive from well-known “foodie town” Paternoster with award winning restaurants. North-facing the house is entirely sheltered from the wind. Each bedroom has ocean views and luxurious en-suite bathrooms. On the lower level of the villa has an indoor swimming pool and steam room.
