Guests are welcome to use the two kayaks and canoe. Fire pit located by the shore. Across the street from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and its endless trails.

The Loon on the Lake is a very cute & charming park home that is located right on Little Platte Lake! It features 2 bedrooms, 6 beds, a living area, dining area, kitchen, and 1.5 bathrooms! Has great lake views throughout and includes use of the resort's kayaks and shared bonfire ring! Also includes Wi-Fi, A/C, heat, and live streaming television!

Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.
