Heated floors if you aren't interested in maintaining a fire, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-fi, AC and washer/dryer.

There are gas & charcoal bbq's available as well. Bugs and animals are to be expected. There are 4 bedrooms with the following beds: -1 Queen -2 Double -1 Single There are a few portable Air Conditioners located inside the property (there is not full, house-wide air conditioning).
