Piccolo loft di 50 mq nel centro di Bologna, ricavato dalla ristrutturazione di un vecchio laboratorio di pellame. Posto al piano terra di una storica palazzina di fronte ad una delle più belle basiliche bolognesi, e a 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore.
