Modern, and luxe house on beautiful location

Welcome to Villa Bad Bertrich. The house is in a quiet location just outside the centre of Bad Bertrich, from the house you have a beautiful view of the greenery and the river Üß. However, in 2 minutes you can walk to the centre with its bakery, cafes, restaurants, parks and of course the sauna complex which the village is famous for. Hiking trails start on all sides of the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the banks of the Moselle (Alf/Bullay). The tourist town of Zell is 15 minutes away.

Die Villa ist vollständig möbliert und ist mit hochwertigen Möbel und Geräten ausgestattet. Die Villa befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Waldes und eignet sich sehr gut für einen Wanderurlaub, oder einfach der Seele Erholung zu schenken. Sie finden ausserdem eine Minigolfanlage, Outdoor Kegelbahn und einen Golfplatz, für ihre Freizeitaktivitäten in der Nähe.

Ein Blick aus der Innenterasse direkt ins Ortsgeschehen und den Winzerberg sorgt für passende Laune. Nur einige Minuten entfernt fliesst die Mosel und bietet eine unvergessliche Urlaubsathosphäre.

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. Wohnen im Alten Rathaus zu Laurenburg im englischen Landhausstil an der Lahn. Wir laden Euch zum Verweilen ein, Sommer wie Winter - fühlt Euch wohl in unserem Ferienhaus. Das Haus bietet ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit kleinem Schreibtisch für HomeOffice Tage, ein geräumiges Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und freistehender Badewanne zum Relaxen. Im Obergeschoss findet sich das stilvolle Atelier als Wohn-Ess-Zimmer mit Kamin sowie die offene Küche mit Gasherd und ein Balkon.
