The 1770 House

Spring is the most dramatic time here. At the end of a dirt road with no cars or people you are one with nature. Ask to see if the pool and outdoor spa are open. In March and April our rates are discounted 20%. Enjoy our country retreat with breathtaking mountain and valley views. This expanded 1770 farmhouse gives you 4,500 sq. ft. of space for large family and friend get togethers. The house overlooks the Green River Valley with views of Vermont. There are six bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Willow Falls Home ~Hot tub & Waterfront

Constructed waterfall views are just feet away from you! Not far from Boston, RI or CT, this newly designed home is located at a privately viewed pond, in New England, near Mt. Monadnock! Kick back, relax & listen to the water falling in a screened-in gazebo, or in the outdoor hot tub! Or view it all at the picture windows and enjoy the solitude at this picturesque retreat! Inside you'll find multiple lounging areas, luxurious beds, a fully stocked kitchen and a fun game room.

An 18th century farmhouse

Built in 1785 this antique Cape was carefully restored to its original design about 20 years ago. The house is set on a quiet road in the middle of fields, woods, gardens, and hiking trails. it is secluded with easy access to the natural world. The rooms are book-lined and filled with family objects. It is close to Berkshire East for skiing and snowboarding in the winter and whitewater rafting and swimming in the summer. Mass MoCA and the Clark Museum are within an easy drive.

The Suprenant House

Cozy home in the 5 college area, close to downtown Amherst minutes from UMASS and Amherst College in a rural part of Town with endless scenic views. Free fast Wifi and parking. This beautiful Vermont home sits on 25 acres with spectacular views. We moved this sugar house structure to this land and had an architect adapt it to its surroundings. It has three walls of windows that display the amazing views. The house is surrounded by Mount Anthony hiking trails and a gorgeous pond. The location is a 5 minute drive to town or a lovely 20 minute walk.

This updated home is a five minute drive to Umass, Amherst,(bus stop across the street) 5 minute walk to the Robert frost trail and Puffers pond. Comfortably sleeps 4, additional cot and crib available upon request. Plenty of space to lounge, your best night's sleep away from home.
