Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

Casa con piscina completamente nueva y por estrenar. Rehabilitada durante el año 2019-2020, está situada frente a la playa de Binibeca. El interior cuenta con un estilo fresco y contemporáneo siguiendo el estilo mediterráneo característico de la isla. Se trata de una parcela de 850m2 situada en primera línea de mar y a 50m de la playa, con acceso directo a la misma.
