Amazing sweeping views of wine country, lake, golf course and mountains on the 14th green of a golf course with full access to the estate pool, spa, covered parking, EV charger w/private European park. Large luxury suite with a Kitchen, Sitting Room, Bathroom, Steam shower/Sauna and bedroom with luxurious robes, linens and towels.

Cranberry Cabin

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic cozy cabin on the top of the mountain. Newly updated and ready to be your basecamp for the Palomar adventures . This is a tiny home, 19' x 11' (the bedroom is 11x11ft). Max sleeping capacity: 2 adults and one child under age 5. No AC. Max 2 dogs stay free - disclose bringing them. $100 cat cleaning fee on top of our $50 cleaning fee, and we will charge $200 if you fail to disclose your cat(s). I'm highly allergic to cats and so might be other guests.

The guesthouse is attached to the MAIN home, but it has a private entrance with a private driveway and your own auto gate. It has an outdoor private spa, 1 closed and 1 open floor plan bedroom, patio, kitchen, walk-in closet with 1 bath. The facilities include fast WiFi, 75” 4KTV, cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator etc. 15 mins SD Safari & 30 mins to sea world or LEGOLAND

Built over a 2 year period & imaginatively constructed using a variety of woods, combining texture & visually pleasing creativity Cozy living room with a queen size sofa bed & seating for 4-6. The bedroom is an upstairs loft with full bed. Dining nook seats 4 Large deck picnic table & firepit Enjoy the Elm tree that shades the treehouse & beautiful backyard Savor the grassy yard, succulents & tree swing No Smoking, or Pets Wifi, heat, A/C

Secluded Casita in Wine Region

The Casita is a separate building next to our home. It's unique design with saltillo tile and natural stone kitchen gives it lots of character. You will enjoy a private bedroom and separate living space in this 1 bedroom unit! Less than half a mile from Orfila winery, and less than 8 miles to San Diego's incredible wine region. You will have a private patio with access from french doors in your unit. There is a bbq, firepit and pool in our shared back yard space, available upon request.
