Your cozy holiday home offers space for two or three people. Surrounding the house you will find 25 restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a golf place, the port of Afurada 300 m and the Atlantic coast only 2 km away with wonderful beaches, jogging paths, restaurants and idyllic wooden walkways. Recentemente restaurada, diferencia-se 2 zonas principais no interior do edificio, uma área social, e uma área reservada, de 5 suites.A escassos metros da praia, restaurantes, bares e para apreciadores de peixe, da Lota da Aguda pode fazer caminhadas pelos passadiços ou deslocar-se de comboio. The house enjoys excellent exposure to sunlight and is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms and another room without a window, each room has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, has two bathrooms and a dining room. It has a balcony all around the house, a huge garden with barbecue and interior space for two cars. The lower part of the house is permanently rented, but only the outside entrance is shared.
