Your cozy holiday home offers space for two or three people. Surrounding the house you will find 25 restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a golf place, the port of Afurada 300 m and the Atlantic coast only 2 km away with wonderful beaches, jogging paths, restaurants and idyllic wooden walkways. Home sweet Home!

The house enjoys excellent exposure to sunlight and is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms and another room without a window, each room has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, has two bathrooms and a dining room. It has a balcony all around the house, a huge garden with barbecue and interior space for two cars. The lower part of the house is permanently rented, but only the outside entrance is shared.

This is the perfect home for those who like to relax at the end of the day, after exploring the city, drinking a Porto wine in the beautiful and exotic tropical garden! The whole house opens on glass over the garden and the two small fish ponds, which is very pleasant even at night, as the garden is lit and heated on cold nights! The house only has 40 m2 inside, but it is very well equipped and very comfortable!
