Zur tollen Ausstattung gehören unter anderem der eigene Bootssteg, das mit Holz beheizbare Badefass (im Sommer als Cold Tub nutzbar), der Projektor für Heimkino-Atmosphäre und der Kaminofen für gemütliche Abende. Ebenfalls beliebt: Der große Gas-/E-Herd mit sieben Kochfeldern.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer (1x 2 Einzelbetten, 1x ein großes Doppelbett), ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Ausziehcouch, eine vollausgestattete Küche und ein Duschbad. Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon mit indirektem Blick über die Ruhr und Kettwig. Die Wohnräume sind sehr hell und freundlich.

The apartment has an inviting living room, a bedroom with a working area, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. A private parking space is also available on request.
